Kimberly M. Kent, an Indiana native, is a devoted gospel recording artist known for creating intimate worship experiences that bring fans closer to their purpose. As a contemporary Christian artist, Kimberly offers complete transparency in worship, ministering to the pain of others with a message of salvation, hope, and purpose.

Influenced by artists such as Chris Tomlin, Johnathan McReynolds, CeCe Winans, Hillsong Worship, Maverick City, and Tauren Wells, Kimberly’s sound is a blend of heartfelt worship and contemporary Christian music. She identifies herself not just as a genre, but as Kimberly M. Kent, a complete worshiper dedicated to her unique musical ministry.

Kimberly is a proud member of Beech Grove Bible Church and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and has graced major stages, including the 2022 Indiana State Fair Gospel Music Festival. Her journey, marked by overcoming adversity and finding her voice, fuels her passion for ministry. Having faced church bullying and emotional abuse, Kimberly once contemplated suicide at 16. Through the love of God, a supportive church family, and therapy, she discovered the intimacy of her relationship with God and the importance of her voice and message.

Beyond her musical career, Kimberly is the Director of Gospel at JQLM RADIO, a community liaison, and the founder of a nonprofit organization that provides resources for families in need. She also owns a transitional house for women who are homeless, addicted, or recently released from prison, helping them seek independence.

Kimberly’s short-term goals include expanding her audience and establishing herself as a full-time performer. Long-term, she aspires to be part of major projects and franchises, especially within the DC and Marvel universes. Upcoming highlights for Kimberly include her performance at the Indiana State Fair Gospel Music Festival in 2022 and the red carpet release and live recording of her new single Worship in the Wilderness" on September 13, 2024.
